Report Generation
What does the free preview include?
The free preview includes compatibility score, five elements snapshot, relationship strengths, and potential friction points. This gives you enough substance to understand the report quality and style.
What does the full report include?
The full report includes long-term compatibility analysis, communication pattern interpretation, timing notes, conflict advice, and personalized relationship recommendations.
Can I skip birth time?
Yes. Birth time improves interpretation detail, but the current version accepts unknown time so you can still generate a preview.
Payment & Unlock
Is payment secure?
We use industry-standard payment providers to process all transactions. Your payment information is not stored on our servers.
Can I get a refund?
If you are not satisfied with the report quality, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
How long is the report saved after unlock?
Reports are saved for 30 days. We recommend saving or screenshotting important content during this period.
Privacy & Data
Will my birth information be shared?
No. Your birth information is only used to generate reports and will not be sold, shared, or used for other purposes.
Are reports private?
Yes. Each report has a unique private link that can only be accessed by those who know the link.
Report Delivery
Can I download a PDF?
PDF export is not included with every report yet. When it is available, it will be shown clearly before checkout.
Can I receive the report by email?
Email delivery is under development. The current version accesses reports through private links.
