1. Service description
We currently offer reviewed educational content and deterministic or rule-based tools about traditional Chinese metaphysics. The public service has no paid checkout, account access, saved private report, or external AI narrative. It is provided 'as-is' without a promise that a traditional interpretation is accurate, complete, or suitable for a high-stakes decision.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape beyond a normal user rate, extract credentials or private prompts, republish site output as your own product, submit another person's birth profile without permission, bypass access controls, or use the service to defame, harass, threaten, monitor, or coerce anyone.
3. Accounts (when applicable)
Today the service is mostly account-less. When we introduce accounts, you will be responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Current payment status
Paid checkout is not currently offered. Using an available tool and viewing its on-page result does not require payment or advertising interaction. Private report pages, accounts, delivery, and exports are unavailable. If a paid product launches later, its page must show the price, currency, tax treatment, processor, included output, delivery method, and applicable terms before payment.
5. Refunds
Because no paid checkout is currently offered, there is no current purchase to refund. The Refund Policy records this status and the minimum disclosure required before any future paid product can be sold. Statutory consumer rights will continue to apply.
6. Intellectual property
Site code, design, prompts, illustrations, and original commentary are © BaZi Report and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Traditional source material (e.g. 《袁天罡称骨歌》, 《麻衣相法》, 《三命通会》) is in the public domain. Do not republish our generated reports as your own product.
7. Automated and AI-assisted content
Current public tool results use declared calculations and edited explanatory templates; external AI narrative generation is disabled. If AI assistance is introduced later, it must be disclosed at the point of use and will remain subject to factual, bias, and completeness limitations. Treat every traditional reading as one input among many; see the Disclaimer page for detail.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for decisions made solely from a traditional or automated reading, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to anyone violating these terms or applicable law, with reasonable notice except in cases of abuse, fraud, or legal compulsion.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction. EU and UK consumers retain the rights granted by their local consumer-protection law regardless of this clause.
We may update these terms; the 'Last updated' date above reflects the latest revision. A new data-collection or paid feature must publish its applicable notice and terms before activation.
