Time-based casting uses the current Gregorian moment, converts it to lunar GanZhi, and applies the Shao Yong method. Number-based casting lets you provide three integers (or random seeds) to form the upper trigram, lower trigram, and changing line. Both are deterministic.
The legacy page did not have a fully deterministic engine. This version uses the canonical Shao Yong split rules with real lunar calendar values via tyme4ts.
